AFC Pulse entertained Hessle Road,United on Haltemprice. A bright start from Pulse was rewarded 10 minutes in when Ben Mullins cut inside from the left wing and curled it top corner. The remainder of the first half was quiet with both teams having chances but failing to score.

Mid way through the second half Hessle Road United were awarded a penalty and their no 9 Akaster converted. But Pulse responded quickly with a brilliant solo run by Will Huyton beating 3 players before calmly converting. Hessle Road were quick to respond with a well worked set piece finding a free header by Smith to tie the game all up.

With 10 minutes to go Pulse piled on the pressure and this paid off when a goal from Keanen Pearson and a great finish from substitute Nathan Constable settled the game.
