This Saturday Town are once again at home and in league action against Beeston St. Anthony's.

Beeston have won both of their opening league fixtures and, as is usually the case they once again are looking like a strong outfit again this season. In fact they've signalled their intent with a number of new signings as they look to compete for honours.

Town themsleves come into this game after two consecutive wins and two strong performances. Manager Simon Armstrong had this to say;

'It was a really positive result on Wednesday against Huddersfield. I'll be honest we were fortunate to be level at half time and the first half wasn't up to the standard we need to set. Second half we were excellent and created numerous opportunities, it was the kind of performance we need to produce over ninety minutes. The visit of Beeston is always a challenge, they've also won their opening two fixtures so will arrive full of confidence. From our perspective we didn't take enough points from the top three last season, that's something we have to improve this season. '
