We are always looking for Positive minded, enthusiastic people to coach young talent, hold a training session once a week and take part in matches against
local opposition.

What does Coaching a team involve .......

· You will need to liaise with other team managers

· Liaise with the parents of the children in your team.

· The fixtures are arranged by the league you are registered in. Kick off times and days would be dependent on the league.

· You would be required to fill in a weekly report online through FA fulltime.

· Help and support is available from the committee.

Ludlow Town juniors would provide you with the relevant equipment that is needed.

We will also provide as much support and advice that is needed to get you started.

On a weekly basis, it’s about 2 hours of your time (coaching & a match) – you can do this alone or get someone to help you.
The season runs from September – May.

Coaching qualification

Level 1 coaching paid for by Ludlow Town Juniors
A course offers a level 1 coaching certificate - which once obtained doesn't need renewing.
The course also gives you a certificate of safe guarding - that is renewable every 3 years (once obtained can be renewed online) and a first aid certificate - which is also renewable every 3 years.
The club also requires a DBS check on all coaches & assistants. This is completed on line and paid for by the club.
