An early and very windy morning saw Roma meet The Eight for the first time since that wild cup semi final that was won in extra time.

First chance for the 8 was denied by a great save by Noah, down stretching yo his right.

The 8 started really well pressuring the Roma goal as Scotty cleared off the line.

Cal played a beautiful through ball to Caff who finished first time from outside the box and found the back of the net. 1-0

A Great ball by Dylan found Caff on the left of the box but he fired into the side netting.

A well workee chance for Connor as Cal produced a lovely cross but he couldn't find the goal.

The 8 Keeper produced a fine save to deny Caff his 2nd and followed up to again deny Connor.

The 8 winger produced great feet and put the ball across the box, Foley was in full control as he definitely didn't almost score an own goal with Noah gathering well......

Roma with their usual corner routine had Dylan running towards goal, he produced a fine cross that just evaded Caffs head at the back post.

Roma, after the first 5 minutes, had the better of the first half but the score remained 1-0.

The First chance of the half went to Gibbo down the left who fired narrowly wide.

Riley did really well on the right playing in Caff who delivered to Gibbo making no mistake!!! 2-0

The 8 had their best chance of the match as Stevie flew out and caused enough pressure to cause the attacker to shoot over the bar.

Roma could've made it 3 as Caff done great down the right, dragged it across the box and both Gibbo then Connor couldn't convert.

The 8 keeper denied again from Cals head and then they went on the counter attack down the other end, one on one and Stevie denies well.

The 8 were played in and a well taken strike was sent as Stevie saved onto the post.

Dan played a great touch to Cal as he flew towards goal, unselfishly playing Gibbo in for the finish. 3-0.

Stevie picks up a great assist as he played a piercing through ball from box to box finding Dylan who makes no mistake. 4-0.!!!

Roma march on to the final game of the season knowing that a win achieves their destiny of being league winners for the first time. A clean sheet was well earned as the midfield worked hard to help out the defence throughout the game.
